By ordering a commisison, you are agreeing to these terms of service.You may ask for an update on your piece at any time, including WIPs or general updates on progress.Upon request, the sketch of a piece can be provided so that any changes can be made before lining / coloring takes place.Commissioner name / handle can be kept anonymous when posting onto one of my accounts upon request.Do not claim any of my pieces as your own work. Any copying, tracing, or re-posting of my artwork without credit is prohibited and will be reported. Please do not repost my art even WITH credit unless it was commissioned to do so.None of my artwork may be used for commercial purposes.All art commissions are strictly digital pieces and do not represent any sort of physical / real life item.

Payment/Refunds

Full payment is due before I begin working on a piece. I can send an invoice for payment through PayPal or payment can be made through Kofi or Cashapp.Refunds will only be completed before progress on a commissioned piece has been made.After this point, I will not issue any refunds, and you may only cancel the completion of your piece.If you do request a refund, I will return the full amount paid minus any processing fees that cover receiving/returning the amount.

Artist's Rights

I hold complete and total rights over my artwork, including the right to sell prints or other items featuring said art, previously commissioned or not.
Note: this applies to commissioned art of characters from well-known media and not to original characters or designs.I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.If I have not received any communication from you for three months, I reserve the right to cancel the commission without providing a refund.
